*Responsible for oversight of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations*
- Provide compassionate care in a skilled nursing home setting
- Work collaboratively with other nursing staff
- Demonstrate a productive work ethic and time management skills
- Work well with others in a team setting
- Ensures that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
- Assists the physician on rounds and ensures that pertinent information is communicated to and from him/her and orders are taken correctly.
Requirements/Qualifications: • Must hold a current RN license in the State of NJ • LTC experience preferred • Basic computer skills • Excellent communication skills
